Our 10 Step Recruitment Search Process
Ultimate Recruitment uses the following in-depth and comprehensive process to conduct each search for our client companies.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the position; the qualifications needed, the unique company culture, and the type of person who will be successful.
- Develop an individualised strategic recruiting plan based on this information.
- Conduct in-depth candidate research.
- Contact, screen and interview candidates.
- Present qualified, deliverable candidates to the Hiring Authority.
- Schedule interviews.
- Conduct client and candidate interview debriefs to determine if there is a fit.
- Complete confidential reference checks.
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of an appropriate offer.
- Confirm the offer acceptance and finalise the start date.
